dc.description	A 7-year-old boy, 1 month old, who came to the clinic in the post-graduate course in Pediatric Dentistry at the Autonomous University of Nayarit, Mexico. Dental care was given, due to the presence of gingival inflammation and delayed eruption of dental organs 11 and 21, without the presence of pain and caries grade 1.1 in permanent molars 36 and 46, caries 1.2 in the DO. 65, following the protocol of pediatric dentistry care, medical-dental clinical history was performed with radiographic study. The size and weight of the patient were within the normal range. She has no relevant family history, her pathological personal history refers to Intrapartum Perinatal Hypoxia, she suffered from varicella at 5 years of age, she is allergic to ranitidine and penicillin. Refers to habit of sucking the shirt constantly in situations of anxiety or when it is disturbed.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Niño de 7 años, 1 mes de edad que acudió a la consulta en la clínica del posgrado en Odontopediatría de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit, México. Se prestó atención odontológica, debido a que presentaba inflamación gingival y retardo de la erupción de los órganos dentarios 11 y 21, sin presencia de dolor y caries grado 1.1 en molares permanentes 36 y 46, caries 1.2 en el OD. 65, siguiendo el protocolo de atención odontopediátrica, se realizó historia clínica médica-dental con estudio radiográfico. La talla y peso del paciente estaban dentro del rango normal. No presenta antecedentes heredofamiliares relevantes, sus antecedentes personales patológicos refieren Hipoxia Perinatal Intraparto, padeció varicela a los 5 años de edad, es alérgico a la ranitidina y penicilina. Refiere hábito de chupar la playera constantemente en situaciones de ansiedad o cuando es molestado.	es_ES
