dc.description	Hanlon method is a tool that classifies the problems and the resources that account, prioritizing issues based on the magnitude of the problem, severity, effectiveness of the solution and feasibility of the intervention. This method is a health technology for making decisions. Hanlon method is applied in the clinical laboratory of the Civil Hospital Dr. Antonio González Guevara, with the aim of solving the problem that has greater feasibility. Highest scoring problems and feasibility of solution were in the pre analytical and post analytical clinical laboratory. To solve these problems is a flowchart of care established with support from the laboratory area manager, aligning schedules for each department involved in the laboratory process and procedures manual review. Conclusions: The application of this method in the clinical laboratory allowed us to determine the impact of their problems in the hospital and make timely decisions based on the prioritization and resources you have.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El método Hanlon es un instrumento que clasifica los problemas y los recursos con los que se cuenta, priorizando la problemática con base a la magnitud del problema, severidad, eficacia de la solución y factibilidad de la intervención. Este método constituye una tecnología en salud para la toma de decisiones adecuadas. Se aplica el método Hanlon en el laboratorio de análisis clínicos del Hospital Civil Dr. Antonio González Guevara, con el objetivo de dar solución al problema que tenga mayor factibilidad. Los problemas de mayor puntuación y factibilidad de solución fueron: en la etapa pre analítica y post analítica del laboratorio de análisis clínicos. Para solucionar estos problemas se determinó un flujograma de atención con apoyo del jefe de área de laboratorio, alineando horarios de cada departamento que participa en el proceso de laboratorio y revisión del manual de procedimientos. Conclusiones: La aplicación de este método en el laboratorio de análisis clínicos nos permitió conocer el impacto de sus problemas en el hospital y tomar decisiones oportunas con base a la priorización y los recursos que se tienen.	es_ES
