dc.description	In this paper a proposal is made for the training of medical professors after the analysis of results obtained in studies related to: exploration of clinical competences in undergraduate inmates in three health institutions; The EGEL-MEDI result of CENEVAL; The development of competencies to read texts of teachers of the area of health; The ideas that one has about education perceived between professors and students of medicine. The perception of a passive and dominant education that is promoted, which is an education oriented towards participation and learning, reason of the proposal with coherent epistemological, pedagogical and didactic orientations.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En este trabajo se hace una propuesta de formación de profesores en medicina posterior al análisis de resultados que se obtuvieron en estudios relacionados con: exploración de la competencias clínicas en internos de pregrado en tres instituciones de salud; el resultado del EGEL-MEDI de CENEVAL; el desarrollo de competencias para leer textos de profesores del área de la salud; las ideas que se tiene sobre educación percibida entre profesores y estudiantes de medicina. La percepción de una educación pasiva dominante y la que se promueve, que es una educación orientada hacia la participación y el aprendizaje, razón de la propuesta con orientaciones epistemológicas, pedagógicas y didácticas coherentes.	es_ES
