dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de la presente investigación esidentificar en qué medida los docentes, de la Unidad Académica de Derecho de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit, utilizan las TIC´s en el proceso de desarrollo del aprendizaje significativo. El enfoque de la investigación es cualitativo, en donde la muestraes del tipo por conveniencia, son siete docentes. El instrumento que diseñará y validará a través de expertos es una guía de preguntas estructurada y se aplicará a través de una entrevista a profundidad en la que se contemplará la opinión personal del entrevistado, su punto de vista del contexto de su centro educativo y su opinión de las políticas que la administración implementa.	es_ES
