dc.description	To doubt the strategic value of postgraduate studies in the development of a country would be a serious error in any latitude. In many scenarios, the emphasis on the impact of postgraduate courses on scientific and technological development surpasses that of undergraduate students. It is no coincidence that the countries with the highest scientific productivity and global development have high quality postgraduate systems framed in adequate policies and funding in the area of science and technology.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Dudar del valor estratégico del posgrado en el desarrollo de un país sería un grave error en cualquier latitud. En muchos escenarios la apuesta por el impacto que tiene el posgrado sobre el desarrollo científico y tecnológico, supera a la del pregrado universitario. No es casualidad que los países de más alta productividad científica y desarrollo global cuenten con sistemas de posgrado de gran calidad enmarcados en políticas y financiamiento adecuados en el área de ciencia y tecnología.	es_ES
