Resumen:

El consumo de drogas es un problema de salud pública de gran impacto, debido a los múltiples efectos así como los daños que genera en la salud física y mental de los individuos; a nivel mundial se asocian a fenómenos sociales de prevalencia creciente, como la inseguridad, la violencia y la desintegración familiar a nivel mundial. El fenómeno de las drogas lícitas como el tabaco y alcohol es altamente complejo, multicausal, no reconoce límites territoriales, sociales, ni de edad (Herrera, Wagner, Velazco Borges & Lazcano, 2004).

Descripción:

Drug use is a major public health problem due to the multiple effects as well as the harm it causes to the physical and mental health of individuals; Globally are associated with social phenomena of increasing prevalence, such as insecurity, violence and family disintegration worldwide. The phenomenon of licit drugs such as tobacco and alcohol is highly complex, multicausal, does not recognize territorial, social, or age limits (Herrera, Wagner, Velazco Borges & Lazcano, 2004).
