dc.description	The first part deals with the origins of the reflexive approach in the training of language teachers, in particular the delimitation of the concept of reflection and reference to the reasons that justify the inclusion of teacher reflection in vocational training programs. The second part focuses on the framework in the description of the applied empirical study, which analyzed the reflection process of a group of English teachers in service, whose sessions were part of the course-workshop group management.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En una primera parte se abordan los orígenes del enfoque reflexivo en la formación de profesores de lenguas, particularmente se delimita el concepto de reflexión y se alude a las razones que justifican la inclusión de la reflexión docente en los programas de formación profesional. La segunda parte se enfoca en el marco en la descripción del estudio empírico aplicado, en el que se analizó el proceso de reflexión de un grupo de participantes maestros de inglés en servicio, cuyas sesiones fueron parte del curso-taller de manejo de grupos.	es_ES
