dc.description	This research presents a literature review about the initial and continuing teachers training. It isn´t new saying that in the formal education, the university teacher is the only one who is not requiered pedalogical training. This idea has been rescued by many institutions of higher education in order to improve the teaching – learning process at the university level, and improving the academic quality of the future professionals who will join to the community.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En esta investigación se realiza un análisis bibliográfico acerca de la formación inicial y permanente del profesorado. No es novedad expresar que dentro de la educación formal, el docente universitario es el único al que no se le requiere obligatoriamente una formación pedagógica previa. Esta idea ha sido rescatada por muchas instituciones de educación superior con la finalidad de mejorar el proceso de enseñanza–aprendizaje en el nivel universitario, y en consecuencia mejorar la calidad académica de los futuros profesionales que se integrarán a la comunidad.	es_ES
