dc.description	One of the most common problems the university students are facing is made of opportunities that allow them to develop their skills and knowledge to the workplace, based on this need the State Department of the United States of America designated this program, under the J1 visa. This program enriches the work experience in summer period, without disrupting the academic advancement. This research aims to demonstrate the relevance of the J1 exchange visitor program to generate student-business links abroad. Currently there are more than 12,000 camps throughout the United States and annually employ 1, 500, 000 young people to work in different positions. About 20% of the above figure is covered by young people from different countries. For this study, quantitative and qualitative methods will be used to 37 students from different universities in Chiapas who participated in the program during summer 2014. The results were as follows: On their return students were interviewed and their subsequent performance was observed in classrooms, all students showed more diligence, safety and speed in the performance of their activities and the way to express themselves, in addition 12 of them got offers to be hired again.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Uno de los problemas más comunes que enfrentan los universitarios es hacerse de oportunidades que le permitan desarrollar sus habilidades y conocimientos al ámbito laboral, basado en esa necesidad el Departamento de Estado del gobierno de Estados Unidos de Norteamérica designó este programa, que depende del visado J1. Este programa permite enriquecer la experiencia laboral en período de verano, sin interrumpir el avance académico. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo demostrar la relevancia que tiene el programa Visitante de Intercambio J1 al generar la vinculación estudiante-empresa en el extranjero. Actualmente existen más de 12 000 campamentos en todo Estados Unidos de Norteamérica y, anualmente, emplean a 1, 500, 000 jóvenes para trabajar en diferentes posiciones. Cerca del 20% de la cifra anterior es cubierta por jóvenes provenientes de diferentes países. Para este estudio se utilizará métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos a 37 estudiantes de diferentes universidades de Chiapas que participaron en el programa durante el verano 2014. Los resultados obtenidos fueron los siguientes: A su regreso se realizaron entrevistas con los alumnos y se observó su desempeño posterior en las aulas, todos los estudiantes mostraban mayor diligencia, seguridad y velocidad en el desempeños de sus actividades y en la forma de expresarse, además 12 de ellos obtuvieron ofertas para contratarlos nuevamente.	es_ES
