dc.description	Honey has sweetened man's food for millennia. America does not escape this concept and since before the conquest on this continent was already produced. In Mexico, essentially due to the fact that the territory has great biodiversity, production is widely diffused. In addition, it is recognized that beekeeping is within the so-called alternative productions due to the wide variety of production possibilities. However, like any productive practice, this has variants over time that must be analyzed to define the best development option. To this end, the analysis of the Beekeeping environment in the state of Nayarit is elaborated. The concept includes the definition of the conditions of the producers of the state (internal conditions), of the other states, of the country and the world (external conditions) referring to the same industry, related to honey and its possible other fOntias Of production around bees (organic honey, propolis, royal jelly, wax, apitherapy, pollination and the different products derived from industrialization), their ultimate goal is decision-making.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La miel ha endulzando los alimentos del hombre durante milenios. América no se sustrae de este concepto y desde antes de la conquista en este continente ya se producía rniel. En México, debido esencialmente a que el territorio posee gran biodiversidad, la producción está am pliam ente difirndida. Además, se reconoce que la apicultura esta dentro de las denominadas producciones alternativas debido a la gran variedad de posibilidades de producción. Sinembargo, como toda practica productiva, esta tiene variantes en el tiempo que deben ser analizados para definir la mejor opción de desarrollo. Con este fin se elabora el análisis del entorno de la Apicultura en el estado de Nayarit. El concepto abarca la definición de las condiciones propias de los productores del estado (condiciones internas), del resto de estados, las del pais y del mundo (condiciones externas) referentes a la misma industria, la relacionada a la miel y su posibles otras fOnTIas de producción alrededor de las abejas (miel orgánica, propóleos, jalea real, cera, apiterapia, polinización y los diferentes productos derivados de la industrialización), su fin último es la tomade decisiones.	es_ES
