dc.description.abstract	En las últimas décadas se ha venido dando mayor importancia al estrés en el trabajo en relación con la salud mental. Hay evidencias de daños ocasionados en la salud mental de trabajadores expuestos a estos agentes, con repercusiones físicas y psicológicas, así como en su desempeño laboral.
