dc.description	It is important to keep the jaguar (Panthera onca) in the Biosphere Reserve of Sierra de Vallejo as indicator species axis and the balance in the ecosystem, because their presence in the habitat, reveals the existence of other species with which it feeds. Is transcendental work jaguar conservation programs being considered an endangered species. So an environmental education program where the ejido was involved Úrsulo Galván, Municipality of Compostela Nayarit, Mexico was applied; in order to solve environmental problems; for achieving a sustainable society. The type of study was to qualitative methodology participatory approach. During the course of the investigation, made a diagnosis of environmental problems of the community, through observations, interviews with youngs and adults, the opinions of the people registered in the field diary. With the results obtained were designed: the attitude survey and questionnaire on the conservation of natural resources. To assess attitudes about conservation of natural resources and the jaguar of the Sierra de Vallejo, an instrument with Likert scale, applying it to 57 children and adolescents aged 10-15 years, who were in fifth, sixth grade was developed and also the three grades of high school. The study was grouped into four categories: Natural Protected Area Conservation, Jaguar and participation in environmental education programs. According to the results of the survey of attitudes, the importance of preserving the protected area, jaguar conservation as an important part of the food chain and that lives in the Sierra de Vallejo jaguar, because it is in danger of disappearing stands and also said they are interested in participating in environmental education program. My Context, Ecosystem Conservation, Biodiversity, Jaguar and the Environment: The implementation of the program's positive attitude in children and adolescents, to jaguar conservation through strengthened topics. Were strengthened environmental conservation values in children and adolescents; through them belonging to families and promote the rational use of natural resources.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Es importante conservar al jaguar (Panthera onça) en la Reserva de Biosfera de Sierra de Vallejo como especie eje e indicadora del equilibrio en el ecosistema, porque su presencia en el hábitat, revela la existencia de otras especies con las que se alimenta. Es trascendental trabajar en programas de conservación del jaguar por ser considerado una especie en peligro de extinción. Por ello se aplicó un programa de educación ambiental donde se involucró al ejido Úrsulo Galván, Municipio de Compostela Nayarit, México; con el propósito deresolver problemas ambientales; para la consecución de una sociedad sustentable. El tipo de estudio fue con la metodología cualitativa con enfoque participativo. Durante el desarrollo de la investigación, se hizo un diagnóstico de la problemática ambiental de la comunidad, a través de observaciones, entrevistas a jóvenes y adultos, se registraron las opiniones de la personas en el diario de campo. Con los resultados obtenidos se diseñaron: la encuesta de actitudes y el cuestionario sobre la conservación de los recursos naturales. Para evaluar actitudes sobre la conservación de los recursos naturalesy del jaguar de la Sierra de Vallejo, se elaboró un instrumento con escala Likert, aplicándolo a 57 niños y adolescentes entre 10 a 15 años de edad, que cursaban quinto, sexto grado de primaria y también los tres grados de secundaria. El estudio se agrupó en cuatro categorías: Área Natural Protegida, Conservación, Jaguar y Participación en programas de educación ambiental. De acuerdo con los resultados de la encuesta de actitudes, se destaca la importancia de preservar el área natural protegida, la conservación del jaguar como parte importante en la cadena alimenticia y que el jaguar viva en la Sierra de Vallejo, porque está en peligro de desaparecer y además afirmaron que les interesa participar en programa de educación ambiental. Con la implementación del programa se fortaleció la actitud positiva en los niños y adolescentes, hacia la conservación del jaguar, a través de los temas: Mi Contexto, Conservación de los Ecosistemas, Biodiversidad, el Jaguar y el Medio Ambiente. Se logró fortalecer los valores de conservación ambientales en los niños y adolescentes; a través de ellos a las familias pertenecientes y fomentar el uso racional de los recursos naturales.	es_ES
