dc.description	The study indicates that in the last two decades the economic policy of the Mexican state has been oriented to strengthen the growth of service activities, mainly those related to the tourism subsector, leaving aside the agricultural sector, when this has been characterized as being The highest generator of employment in rural areas. The state Nayarit following the guidelines of the national economic policy, from 2000 establishes as a development strategy to tourism, achieving to date an unprecedented growth. This change has redefined the axis of accumulation of capital, and this has implied a change in the predominance of activities and labor requirements in quantitative and qualitative terms, favoring another form of market segmentation and differentiation of Between sectors. This document contextualizes the phenomenon of labor force mobility, given the new and emerging labor markets offered by tourism and services in the South Coast of Nayarit.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El estudio señala que en las últimas dos décadas la política económica del estado mexicano se ha orientado a fortalecer el crecimiento de las actividades de servicios, principalmente las relacionadas con el subsector turismo, dejando de lado al sector agrícola, cuando este se ha caracterizado por ser el máximo generador de empleo de las zonas rurales. El estado Nayarit siguiendo los lineamientos de la política económica nacional, a partir del año 2000 establece como estrategia de desarrollo a la actividad turística, logrando hasta la fecha un crecimiento sin precedentes. Dicho cambio ha redefinido el sector eje de acumulación del capital, y esto a la vez ha implicado un cambio en el predominio de las actividades y de requerimiento de mano de obra en términos cuantitativos y cualitativos, propiciando otra forma de segmentación de mercados y diferenciación de mano de obra entre sectores. Este documento contextualiza el fenómeno de movilidad de la fuerza laboral, ante los nuevos y emergentes mercados laborales que ofrecen las actividades de turismo y servicios en la Costa Sur de Nayarit.	es_ES
