dc.description	The Autonomous University of Nayarit (UAN), has 18 years of history in the evaluation of the performance of teaching staff, through the Program of Encouragement to Teaching Performance, for it has a database where the teacher captures in Its activities during the year to be evaluated. The last three calls published by the UAN to participate in the above-mentioned program indicate that the full-time teacher with recognition of the PROMEP Profile is automatically part of the Teaching Performance Stimulus Program.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit (UAN), tiene en su haber 18 años de historia en la evaluación del desempeño del personal docente, a través del Programa de Estímulo al Desempeño Docente, para ello se cuenta con una base de datos donde el docente captura en línea sus actividades desarrolladas durante el año a evaluar. Las últimas tres convocatorias publicadas por la UAN, para participar en el programa antes señalado, señalan que el profesor de tiempo completo que cuente con el reconocimiento del Perfil PROMEP automáticamente forma parte del Programa de Estímulos al Desempeño Docente.	es_ES
