dc.description	The Process of nursing as a methodology of professional nursing care is based here in the Self-Care Deficit Theory Dorothea Orem, Taxonomies using the NANDA, NIC and NOC, for diagnostics, interventions and outcomes of care respectively. Objective: apply the nursing process in the primary care level, a person with obesity, using the system of nursing education and support, drawing on Taxonomies NANDA, NIC and NOC. Procedure: person is chosen, the assessment is made based on Orem Theory and diagnostic reasoning based on domains, classes, NANDA diagnoses and format PES (Problem, Causes and Signs and symptoms). Is performed for each nursing diagnosis, a care plan with interventions and merits of these and after the implementation, it concludes with the evaluation of nursing interventions. Conclusion: The nursing process supported by the Orem theory and applying taxonomies NANDA, NIC and NOC, ensuring favorable results in the care of the person, by the nurse.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Objetivo: aplicar el proceso de enfermería en el primer nivel de atención, a persona con obesidad, utilizando el sistema de enfermería de apoyo-educativo y recurriendo a las Taxonomías NANDA, NIC Y NOC. Procedimiento: se elige la persona, se efectúa la valoración en base a la Teoría de Orem y el razonamiento diagnóstico en base a dominios, clases, diagnósticos de la NANDA y formato PES (Problema, Etiología y Signos y síntomas). Se realiza para cada diagnóstico de enfermería, un plan de cuidados con intervenciones y fundamentación de las mismas y posterior a la implementación, se concluye con la evaluación de las intervenciones de enfermería. Conclusión: El proceso de enfermería sustentado en la Teoría de Orem y aplicando las Taxonomías NANDA, NIC Y NOC, garantiza resultados favorables en el cuidado a la persona, por parte del profesional de enfermería.	es_ES
