dc.description	Breast cancer in men is a less frequent clinical entity than in women, its incidence is increasing, it seems to be related to exposure to ionizing radiation and to situations of hyperestrogenism such as cirrhosis or Klinefelter syndrome. dc.description.abstract	El cáncer de mama en el hombre es una entidad clínica de menor frecuencia que en la mujer, su incidencia está en aumento, parece estar relacionado con la exposición a radiaciones ionizantes y a situaciones de hiperestrogenismo como la cirrosis o el síndrome de Klinefelter. La incidencia de cáncer de mama en el hombre está en aumento alrededor del mundo y son factores socioculturales los que en determinado momento influyen en este incremento.	es_ES
