dc.description	The objective of the research was to identify the processes and strategies of food businesses, handmade, in the city of Tepic, Nayarit; from a family business perspective. The scope of the research was extended to include in the study the stages of transformation of family self-employment, as well as the processes involved in the generation of employment; In addition, the economic impact generated by the creation and growth of the same within the area of analysis was investigated.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de la presente investigación fue identificar los procesos y estrategias de los emprendedores que tienen negocios de alimentos, elaborados artesanalmente, en la ciudad de Tepic, Nayarit; desde una perspectiva de las empresas familiares. Se amplió el alcance de la investigación para incluir en el estudio las etapas de transformación del autoempleo familiar, así como los procesos que intervienen en la generación de empleo; además, se indagó sobre el impacto económico que genera la creación y crecimiento de las mismas dentro de la zona de análisis.	es_ES
