dc.description	The central axis of the investigation is the accusatory criminal system in Mexico and, particularly in the State of Guanajuato. In the work, explanations of a criminal political order intertwined with constitutional and Criminal Procedure Law approaches are analyzed to understand the orientation that the accusatory criminal system in the country should have and the difficulties that have arisen for its proper implementation.	es_ES
