dc.description	The increasing rates of crime in Mexico generated a whole reform movement, in order to shape the conditions so that from the constitutional framework, the message would be given to the entire criminal justice system and its operators of changes in favor of justice and the human rights. On June 18, 2008, a comprehensive reform was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, with which various Constitutional articles gave effect to a whole new procedural model in criminal matters, which in turn, opened a new paradigm legal in Mexico regarding the treatment of people accused of acts with the appearance of crimes. This work focuses its study, analysis and discussion precisely on roots.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Los crecientes índices de la delincuencia en México generaron todo un movimiento reformador, en aras de conformar las condiciones para que desde el marco constitucional, se diera el mensaje a todo el sistema de justicia penal y sus operadores de cambios a favor de la justicia y los derechos humanos. El 18 de Junio de 2008, fue publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación una reforma integral, con la cual diversos artículos Constitucionales dieron vigencia a todo un nuevo modelo procesal en materia penal, con lo que a su vez, se abrió un nuevo paradigma jurídico en México respecto al tratamiento de las personas imputadas por hechos con apariencia de delitos. Este trabajo centra su estudio, análisis y discusión precisamente en el arraigo.	es_ES
