dc.description	The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation began 2014 among things, with the study of the application of the principle of presumption of innocence to the administrative sanctioning procedure, derived from the contradiction of thesis 200/2013 that arose between the first and the second Chambers of that high court, the discussion focused mainly on the possibility of applying this principle to certain administrative procedures, by virtue of the analogy that they keep with criminal law and the punitive power of the State against citizens.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La Suprema Corte de Justicia d la Nación comenzó el 2014 entre las cosas, con el estudio de la aplicación del principio de presunción de inocencia al procedimiento administrativo sancionador, derivado de la contradicción de tesis 200/2013 que se suscito entre la primera y la segunda salas de ese alto tribunal, la discusión versó principalmente en la posibilidad de aplicar dicho principio a determinados procedimientos administrativos, en virtud de la analogía que guardan con el derecho penal y la potestad punitiva del Estado frente a los ciudadanos.	es_ES
