dc.description	The fundamental regulation of the Public Ministry in Mexico, is found since 1917, in articles 21 and 103 section A, of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, of the interpretation of these precepts, it is appreciated the heterogeneity of its function, legal nature , structural principles, as well as that its ownership resides in the Attorney General, who hierarchically depends on the Executive Power. The Public Ministry, as an organ of the State of Nayarit, fulfills a necessary and indispensable role within the criminal, civil and family procedures, since it represents with its due action the opportunity to consolidate the principles of a democratic State of law	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La regulación fundamental del Ministerio Publico en México, se encuentra desde 1917, en los artículos 21 y 103 apartado A, de la Constitución Política de los estados Unidos Mexicanos, de la interpretación de éstos preceptos, se aprecia lo heterogéneo de su función, naturaleza jurídica, principios estructurales, así como que su titularidad reside en el Procurador General, quién depende jerárquicamente del Poder Ejecutivo. El Ministerio Público como órgano del Estado de Nayarit, cumple un rol necesario e indispensable dentro de los procedimientos penal, civil y familiar, pues representa con su debida actuación la oportunidad de consolidar los principios de un Estado democrático de derecho	es_ES
