dc.description	This document corresponds to the Reception Work for the Degree (TRT) of the Master of Public Health (MSP) of the Autonomous University of Nayarit, prepared by the MSP candidate Indira Yarazeth Bernal Cruz, in the exit area Health Services Management, following the criteria methodological guidelines of the General Guide for the Degree, under the modality of "Project of Institutional Development in Health". The purpose of preparing this document is to present the work carried out of the TRT, depending on the selected institution, its relationship with public health, and its determining factors. For this, it was carried out with the methodology of the guide aforementioned. Universities are the public space where health promotion represents decision making, resource management and implementation of healthy programs necessary for the population that lives there. In that In this sense, in recent years a strategy has been developed within these institutions called Healthy Universities in which it is considered that the unions formed by their personnel participate as coadjuvants to the health promotion through the implementation of programs aimed at their union members. This project focuses on making a proposal for a program basic comprehensive health system for the Union of Academic and Workers of the Autonomous University of Nayarit (SPAUAN), from analysis of existing activities or services, based on the concept and guidelines of Healthy Universities and Health Promotion	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente documento corresponde al Trabajo Recepcional para la Titulación (TRT) de la Maestría en Salud Pública (MSP) de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit, elaborado por la aspirante al grado en MSP Indira Yarazeth Bernal Cruz, en el área de salida Gerencia de Servicios de Salud, siguiendo los criterios metodológicos de la Guía General para la Titulación, bajo la modalidad de “Proyecto de Desarrollo Institucional en Salud”. El propósito de la elaboración de este documento es presentar el trabajo realizado del TRT, en función a la institución seleccionada, su relación con la salud pública, y sus factores determinantes. Para ello se realizó con la metodología de la guía antes mencionada. Las Universidades son el espacio público donde la promoción de la salud representa la toma de decisiones, gestión de los recursos e implementación de programas saludables necesarios para la población que en ella transita. En ese sentido, en los años recientes se ha venido desarrollando una estrategia dentro de estas instituciones denominada Universidades Saludables en las que se considera que los sindicatos constituidos por su personal, participan como coadyuvantes a la promoción de la salud a través de la ejecución de programas dirigidos a sus agremiados. Este proyecto se enfoca a realizar una propuesta para un programa de salud integral básico para el Sindicato del Personal Académico y de Trabajadores de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit (SPAUAN), a partir del análisis de las actividades o servicios existentes, con base en el concepto y lineamientos de las Universidades Saludables y la Promoción de la Salud.	es_ES
