dc.description	For health care, the State has different institutions, including the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) which offers its services to its affiliated population. Within the IMSS, apart from the medical services, there is the epidemiology service, which is in charge of health surveillance, in addition to providing information to health authorities for the planning of health services, based on the identification of both social and environmental conditions. Through the use of various resources, measures are taken to deal with the various health problems faced by the population. This document reflects all the activities that were carried out in the Family Medicine Unit number 5 IMSS and in the Hospital de Zona IMSS, Tepic, Nayarit.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Para la atención en salud, el Estado cuenta con diferentes instituciones, entre ellas el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) el cual ofrece sus servicios a su población afiliada. dentro del IMSS, aparte de los servicios médicos, se encuentra el servicio de epidemiología, que se encarga de la vigilancia en salud, además de que provee de información a las autoridades sanitarias para la planeación de servicios de salud, a partir de la identificación de condiciones tanto sociales como ambientales. Mediante la utilización de diversos recursos, se realizan medidas para enfrentarse a los diversos problemas de salud que se enfrenta la población. Este documento plasma todas las actividades que se realizaron en la Unidad de medicina Familiar número 5 IMSS y en el Hospital de Zona número 1 IMSS, de Tepic, Nayarit.	es_ES
