dc.description	In the practical experience within the jurisdictional task, where it is appreciated that the vast majority of judges, both in the common jurisdiction (mainly in Nayarit), and in the federal jurisdiction, in their resolutions have not been able to punctually distinguish the different forms of authorship and participation of the active subject in the commission of the crime, and in this entity it is mainly due to the fact that article 13 of the penal code does not clearly specify such forms of intervention.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En la experiencia práctica dentro del quehacer jurisdiccional, donde se aprecia que la gran mayoría de juzgadores, tanto del fuero común , (principalmente en Nayarit), como del fuero federal, en sus resoluciones no han sabido distinguir con puntualidad las diferentes formas de autoría y participación del sujeto activo en la comisión del delito, y en esta entidad principalmente se debe a que el artículo 13 del código penal no precisa de forma clara dada de dichas formas de intervención.	es_ES
