dc.description	The judicial powers of the country find a serious problem in the growth of conflicts of individuals that they put to the consideration of the jurisdictional function, in this sense, it is necessary to generate mechanisms with the same level of efficiency that generate relief through alternative means of solution of conflicts, in this way the monographic analysis of mediation is imposed as a diverse way of resolving disputes of individuals subject to jurisdictional application. The state of Nayarit is not alien to the dynamics exposed, rather, it specifies the need to implement various measures to resolve the corresponding conflicts, which generate solutions for the governed who are subject to this public service.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Los poderes judiciales del país encuentran un grave problema en el crecimiento de los conflictos de particulares que ponen a consideración de la función jurisdiccional, en este sentido, se impone generar mecanismos con igual nivel de eficiencia que generen el desahogo a través de medios alternativos de solución de conflictos, de esta manera se impone el análisis monográfico de la mediación como forma diversa de resolver controversias de particulares sujetas a la aplicación jurisdiccional. El estado de Nayarit, no es ajeno a la dinámica expuesta, antes bien, precisa la necesidad de implementar medidas diversas a la resolución de conflictos correspondientes, que generen soluciones para los gobernados que se sujetan a este servicio público.	es_ES
