dc.description	The new Amparo Law in Mexico that is the product of the constitutional reform of June 2011, brings with it news that are essential to be established clearly; In that sense, the objective is to know if the general declaration of unconstitutionality that has already been established in the Constitution and is in force, has weaknesses regarding the principle of relativity of the amparo sentences in the amparo lawsuits against general norms, this in reason that a little more than a year after being included and regulated has not yet been implemented.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La nueva Ley de Amparo en México que es producto de la reforma constitucional de junio 2011, trae consigo novedades que son imprescindibles que se establezcan de manera clara; en ese sentido el objetivo es saber si la declaratoria general de inconstitucionalidad que ya se estableció en la Constitución y se encuentra en vigor, tiene debilidades frente al principio de relatividad de las sentencias de amparo en los juicios de amparo contra normas generales, esto en razón de que a un poco más de un año de haberse incluido y regulado aún no ha sido puesta en práctica.	es_ES
