dc.description This thesis is about the performance of the taxi service in the city of Tepic, Nayarit, the purpose was to make an evaluation of the levels of efficiency and productivity of the system and its impact on the quality of the service, this with the purpose of knowing the levels of competitiveness of the traditional taxi system before the possible arrival of more focused models towards a more entrepreneurial culture such as UBER and CityDrive, which could displace it partially or totally. es_ES
dc.description.abstract La presente tesis trata sobre el desempeño del servicio de taxis en la ciudad de Tepic, Nayarit, la finalidad fue hacer una evaluación de los niveles de eficiencia y productividad del sistema y su impacto en la calidad del servicio, esto con el propósito de conocer los niveles de competitividad del sistema de taxis tradicional ante la posible llegada de modelos más enfocados hacia una cultura más empresarial como es el caso de UBER y CityDrive, que pudieran desplazarlo parcial o totalmente. es_ES
