dc.description	In the present academic work in order to obtain the degree of teacher in law, we will find a systematization around the abuse of the right in the amparo trial, which arises from the disturbing phenomenon that in the Mexican legal culture is called "abuse of protection" "or" abuse of the amparo trial ". Based on this idea, a confrontation begins between the right of access to justice, the right to due process, the right to a rapid process and, above all, without undue delay the exercise of a right against the undue use of this type of rights.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En el presente trabajo académico con fines de obtener el grado de maestro en derecho, encontraremos una sistematización en torno al abuso del derecho en el juicio de amparo, el cual surge derivado del inquietante fenómeno que en la cultura jurídica mexicana se llama "abuso del amparo" o "abuso del juicio del amparo". Partiendo de esta idea se inicia una confrontación entre el derecho de acceso a la justicia, derecho al debido proceso, derecho a un proceso rápido y sobre todo sin dilaciones indebidas el ejercicio de un derecho contra el uso indebido de este tipo de derechos.	es_ES
