dc.description	The objective of this research is to analyze entrepreneurial activities in the municipality of Tepic, Nayarit, carried out by return migrants who lived and worked in the United States and decided to start their own business on returning to their place of origin. before returning to their old jobs. Based on the information gathered with 40 people who covered the above described aspects, through a survey and interviews were identified sociodemographic characteristics, reasons for migration and return, work experience abroad, decisions and capital they made for undertake and turn their current activities, in addition to knowing their perspective before the possibility of migrating again to work abroad or continue to insist on private initiative.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las actividades de emprendimiento en el municipio de Tepic, Nayarit, llevadas a cabo por migrantes de retorno que vivieron y laboraron en los Estados Unidos y que al regresar a su lugar de origen decidieron emprender en un negocio propio, antes que regresar a sus antiguos empleos. A partir de la información recabada con 40 personas que cubrieron los anteriores aspectos descritos, por medio de una encuesta y entrevistas se identificaron las características sociodemográficas, los motivos para migrar y de retorno, la experiencia laboral en el extranjero, decisiones y capital que hicieron para emprender y el giro de sus actividades actuales, además de conocer su perspectiva ante la posibilidad de volver a migrar para laborar en el extranjero o seguir insistiendo en la iniciativa privada.	es_ES
