dc.description	The justification of the research work derives from the need to achieve an effective protection of fundamental rights against the injury of rights produced inter partes through an amparo trial in the Mexican legal system when the injury is caused by individuals. The explanatory statement of the initiative with draft decree issuing the Amparo Law, regulations of articles 103 and 107 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on April 2 of 2013, which came into force the day after its promulgation.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La justificación del trabajo de investigación, deriva de la necesidad de lograr una efectiva protección de los derechos fundamentales frente a la lesión de derechos producida inter partes vía juicio de amparo en el sistema jurídico mexicano cuando la lesión, es ocasionada por particulares. La exposición de motivos de la iniciativa con proyecto de decreto por el que se expide la Ley de Amparo, reglamentaria de los artículos 103 y 107 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 2 de abril de 2013, que entró en vigor al día siguiente de su promulgación.	es_ES
