dc.description	In the present monographic investigation a study is made about the recognition of the Presumption of Innocence in the Mexican legal system, from two constitutional reforms that implied transcendental changes in our normative and procedural framework, as it was the adoption of a new system of participation of justice in criminal matters, as well as recognition in international treaties in which the Mexican State is a part. It is from the constitutional reform in criminal and security matters of June 2008 that the presumption of innocence was constitutionally recognized, as it is inserted in the first section of section B of Article 20 of the Constitution, a provision in which it was conceived as a right for the accused.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En la presente investigación monográfica se realiza un estudio acerca del reconocimiento de la Presunción de Inocencia en el sistema jurídico mexicano, a partir de dos reformas constitucionales que implicaron cambios trascendentales en nuestro marco normativo y procesal, como lo fue la adopción de un nuevo sistema de participación de justicia en materia penal, así como el reconocimiento en tratados internacionales en los que el Estado mexicano forma parte. Es a partir de la reforma constitucional en materia penal y de seguridad, de junio de 2008 que la presunción de inocencia fue reconocida constitucionalmente, al quedar inserta en la fracción primera del apartado B del artículo 20 constitucional, disposición en la cual fue concebida como un derecho para el imputado.	es_ES
