dc.description	The present research work will address the importance of jurisdictional control of the procedure of reforms to the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, and the possibility that this will be carried out, since, at present, the risk that a constitutional amendment will be introduced. to this, elements that produce violations to the human rights of the governors is real, in fact this has already happened in the Mexican State, to cite an example we can mention in the figure of rooting, in 2008 a reform introduced the rooting to the eighth paragraph of Article 16 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación abordará la importancia del control jurisdiccional del procedimiento de reformas a la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, y la posibilidad de que esta se lleve a cabo, ya que, actualmente el riesgo de que una reforma a la constitución introduzca a esta, elementos que produzcan violaciones a los derechos humanos de los gobernadores es real, de hecho esto ya ha sucedido en el Estado mexicano, para citar un ejemplo podemos mencionar en la figura de arraigo, en 2008 una reforma introdujo el arraigo al párrafo octavo del artículo 16 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.	es_ES
