dc.description	This investigation has its origin, in the study, analysis of the act of the reforming body of the constitution, and the consequences that such action brings with it, this in the sense of the compliance of said organ with the formal limit explicitly indicated in the constitution, as well as unrestricted respect for human rights, particularly observing the principle of progressivity of these, since even when said reforming body does not have an explicit material limit in its chapter of reform, in the first chapter of the so-called rights of Human Rights and Their Guarantees, it is inferred that this body has the material limit of respecting, not diminishing and not suppressing the human rights already enshrined in this constitution.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación, tiene su origen, en el estudio análisis del actuar del órgano reformador de la constitución, y las consecuencias que dicho actuar trae consigo aparejadas, esto en el sentido del cumplimiento de dicho órgano del límite formal explícitamente señalado en la constitución, así como el respeto irrestricto a los derechos humanos, particularmente observando el principio de progresividad de estos, ya que aun cuando dicho órgano reformador no tiene un límite material explícito en su capítulo de reforma, en el capítulo primero de los derechos denominado de los Derechos Humanos y Sus Garantías, se infiere que éste órgano tiene el limite material de respetar, no disminuir y no suprimir los derechos humanos ya consagrados en esta constitución.	es_ES
