dc.description	The present receptional work focuses its study on the performance of the Commission for the Defense of Human Rights for the State of Nayarit, hereinafter the State Commission, during the period from 2009 to 2013. For 26 years, the rights protection agencies human beings have been part of our legal system serving as the main promoters of the defense, promotion and dissemination of human rights; thus, these organizations have essential characteristics that, given their origin and legal nature, allow them to act in a specific manner in their mandate.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo recepcional centra su estudio en el desempeñó de la Comisión de Defensa de los Derechos Humanos para el Estado de Nayarit, en adelante, Comisión Estatal, durante el periodo comprendido en los 2009 al 2013. Por 26 años, los organismos protectores de derechos humanos han formado parte de nuestro sistema jurídico fungiendo como los principales promotores de la defensa, promoción y divulgación de los derechos humanos; así pues, dichos organismos cuentan con características esenciales que atendiendo a su origen y naturaleza jurídica les permiten actuar de manera especifica en su mandato.	es_ES
