dc.description	Human development, as a concept, is one that places people at the center of development, it is about promoting the potential development of people, increasing their possibilities and enjoying the freedom to live the life they value. Human development has its origins in welfare economics, which, for a long time, was inclined to identify the well-being of a person with their possession of goods and services, that is, from an income-based approach, how much is determined can consume an individual. Consumption is the variable that establishes the level of utility reached by the individual. Social welfare, according to this approach, is represented by adding the levels of utility of all individuals in society.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo humano, como concepto, es aquel que sitúa a las personas en el centro del desarrollo, trata de la promoción del desarrollo potencial de la personas, del aumento de sus posibilidades y del disfrute de la libertad para vivir la vida que valoran. El desarrollo humano tiene sus orígenes en la economía del bienestar, que, por mucho tiempo, estuvo inclinada a identificar el bienestar de una persona con su posesión de bienes y servicios, es decir, que desde un enfoque basado en el ingreso, se determina cuanto puede consumir un individuo. El consumo es la variable que establece el nivel de utilidad alcanzado por el individuo. El bienestar social, de acuerdo con este enfoque se representa agregándolos niveles de utilidad de todos los individuos en la sociedad.	es_ES
