dc.description	Higher education department is facing a great challenge,guarantee quality education to its pupils. Therefore, today more than ever,it is necessary to understand the implication that the concept of resilience has in higher education. For this reason, the proposal described below, aims at generate a workshop to foster resilience in students higher levels. Based on the metodology and theoretical basis proposed by Henderson and Milstein.The intervention proposal turns out to be innovating due to the questioning that students of higher education should have to make not only to identify their resilience, but also to consider if they are students that in the future will be able to retribute society needs from them.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Hoy más que nunca resulta necesario comprender la implicación que el concepto de resiliencia tiene en la educación superior, debido a que ésta se enfrenta en la actualidad al gran desafío de garantizar una educación de calidad en sus estudiantes. Por tal razón la propuesta que a continuación se describe tiene por objetivo la generación de un taller con la pretensión de fomentar la resiliencia en los estudiantes del nivel superior. Basado en la metodología y fundamento teórico que propone Henderson y Milstein. Esta propuesta de intervención resulta innovadora debido al cuestionamiento que el estudiante de educación superior deberá realizar no solo para identificar su resiliencia sino también para reconsiderar si es un estudiante que en el futuro podrá retribuir lo que la sociedad necesita de él.	es_ES
