dc.description	Analyzing the phenomenon of tourism implies going beyond the partial view of simply reviewing flows of travelers, increased accommodation (César and Arnaiz, 2006) or currency spills, as shown in many of the studies and bulletins presented by institutions and organizations such as the World Tourism Organization (WTO) that promotes the activity or the National Tourism Fund (FONATUR ), whose purpose is the development of tourism investment in Mexico or those who regulate and observe the competitive conditions of the so-called tourism industry as the International Association of Congresses and Conventions (ICCA) or the International Association of Hotels and Restaurants (IH&RA), among others.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Analizar el fenómeno del turismo implica ir más allá de la mirada parcial de revisar simplemente flujos de viajeros, incremento de alojamientos(César y Arnaiz, 2006) o derramas de divisas, como se muestra en muchos de los estudios y boletines que presentan instituciones y organismos como la Organización Mundial del Turismo (OMT) que promueve la actividad o el Fondo Nacional del Turismo (FONATUR ), cuyo propósito es el desarrollo de la inversión turística en México o bien aquellos que regulan y observan las condiciones competitivas de la llamada industria turística como la 1Asociación Internacional de Congresos y Convenciones (ICCA) o la Asociación 2Internacional de Hoteles y Restaurantes (IH&RA), entre otras.	es_ES
