dc.description	Introduction: The dengue virus is transmitted by the bite of a female mosquito mainly of the Aedes aegypti species, and to a lesser extent, of A. albopictus. It belongs to the flavivirus family, of which 4 serotypes DENV1, DENV2, DENV3 and DENV4 are known, dividing for clinical purposes in severe and non-severe dengue with alarm data and without alarm data, 2 theories are known: a) Immunopotentiation and b ) Alternative or complementary hypothesis: which is mediated by antibodies in which the different cytokines intervene as interleukins (IL), tumor necrosis factors (TNF), chemokines (chemotactic cytokines), interferons (IFN) and mesenchymal growth factors.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Introducción: El virus del dengue se transmite por la picadura de un mosquito hembra principalmente de la especie Aedes aegypti, y en menor grado, de A. albopictus. Pertenece a la familia flavivirus, de los que se conocen 4 serotipos DENV1, DENV2, DENV3 Y DENV4, dividiéndose con fines clínicos en dengue grave y no grave con datos de alarma y sin datos de alarma, se conocen 2 teorías: a) Inmunopotenciación y b) Hipótesis alterna o complementaria: la cual esta mediada por anticuerpos en la cual intervienen las diferentes citocinas como interleucinas (IL), factores de necrosis tumoral (FNT), quimiocinas (citocinas quimiotacticas), interferones (IFN) y factores de crecimiento mesenquimal.	es_ES
