dc.description	This article discusses primarily from a historical and social perspective, the defining role of liberalism in educational models in capitalist societies in general and in education policy in Mexico in particular, highlighting the role of the state in this task since the time of the Reform and Revolution. Subsequently, it aims to show, based on 5 historic moments, how changes in Mexican policies have impacted higher education, reflected this in its planning and reforms which it has been since its inception to the present with the neoliberal development model.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Este artículo aborda primeramente desde una perspectiva histórico-social, el papel definitorio del liberalismo en los modelos educativos en la sociedad capitalista en general y en la política educativa en México en particular, destacándose el rol del Estado en esta tarea, desde la época de la Reforma y la Revolución. Posteriormente, propone mostrar, con base a 5 momentos históricos, cómo los cambios en las políticas mexicanas han impactado en la educación superior, reflejándose este hecho en su planeación y en las reformas de las que ha sido objeto desde sus inicios hasta la actualidad con el modelo de desarrollo neoliberal.	es_ES
