dc.description	As part of the comprehensive reform of basic education, the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) implemented the National English Program for Basic Education (PNlEB); the reform adopted a model of competency-based education through the development of tasks with a complex and eclectic approach, because on the one hand, its origin is cognitive-behavioral based on the theory of Piaget (1947) and on the other hand it has an emphasis on the socio - cultural aspect based on the theory of Vygotsky (1978) .PNlEB is implemented in the three levels of basic education, divided into 4 cycles. The selected contents of the program are of a basic nature and are defined by two main models: social practices of the language (PSL) and specific competences.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Como parte de la reforma integral de la educación básica la Secretaria de Educación Pública (SEP) implementó el Programa Nacional de Ingles para la Educación Básica (PNlEB); la reforma adoptó un modelo de educación basado en competencias por medio del desarrollo de tareas con un enfoque complejo y ecléctico, porque por un lado, su origen es cognitivo - conductual fundamentado en la teoría de Piaget(1947) y por otro tiene énfasis en el aspecto socio - cultural fundamentado en la teoría de Vygotsky(1978).PNlEB se implementa en los tres niveles de educación básica, dividido en 4 ciclos.Los contenidos seleccionados del programa son de carácter básico y se definen por dos modelos principales:practicas sociales del lenguaje (PSL) y competencias especificas.	es_ES
