dc.description	In the present investigation carried out in the municipality of Tepic, Nayarit, the importance of the educational practice and the factors that influence it, which occurs within the educational organizations, are called nurseries, child development centers, stays children, etc., which is carried out at the initial education level and which directly affects the education and training of children under four years of age. The case of a surrogate nursery (represented by the institute) is taken as an example Mexican Social Security, the CENDI "Monarca", SC, during the school year included in the years 2005 to 2006. The IMSS has guidelines and standards for the operation of day care centers that depend economically on it, which is why it is important to compare the reality in the operativity that was carried out in this research work between what should be done and what is done does and its reasons, presenting the facts as they are observed and pointing out that this research is developed in the qualitative paradigm.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En la presente investigación realizada en el municipio de Tepic, Nayarit, se pone de manifiesto la importancia de la practica educativa y los factores que influyen en la misma, la cual se da dentro de las organizaciones educativas llámense guarderías, centros de desarrollo infantil, estancias infantiles, etc., que se realiza en el nivel de educación inicial y que incide directamente en la educación y formación de los niños y niñas menores de cuatro años de edad Se toma como ejemplo el caso de una guardería subrogada (representada) por el instituto Mexicano del Segura Social, el CENDI "Monarca", S. C., durante el ciclo escolar comprendido en los años 2005 al 2006. El IMSS cuenta con los lineamientos y normas solidas para el funcionamiento de las guarderías que dependen económicamente de el, motivo por el cual es importante la contrastación de la realidad en la operatividad que se llevó a cabo en al presente trabajo de investigación entre lo que se debe hacer y lo que se hace y sus razones, presentando los hechos tal y como se observan y señalando con ello que esta investigación se desarrolla en el paradigma cualitativo.	es_ES
