dc.description	In this thesis an approach is made to the productive culture and environmental education of the coffee growers of the community of El Zopilote, municipality of Ruiz Nayarit, under the paradigm of complexity and through the use of the resources offered by ethnography could be identified the distinctive features of these, which allows from this analysis the generation of guidelines for the creation of a non-formal environmental education program that contributes to the emergence of a sustainable productive culture in the coffee producers of this community. In the first chapter the theoretical-methodological framework that guided the present investigation is approached, from the perspective of complexity and environmental rationality (Enrique Leff) the analysis of the topics was carried out: sustainable productive culture and environmental education, in the same way They touched upon key concepts such as: environmental knowledge, productive culture and forms of peasant appropriation.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En esta tesis se hace un acercamiento a la cultura productiva y a la educación ambiental de los cafeticultores de la comunidad de El Zopilote, municipio de Ruiz Nayarit, bajo el paradigma de la complejidad y mediante el uso de los recursos que ofrece la etnografía se pudieron identificar los rasgos distintivos de los mismos, lo que permite a partir de este análisis la generación de líneas orientadoras para la creación de un programa de educación ambiental no formal que contribuya a la emergencia de la cultura productiva sustentable en los productores de café de esta comunidad. En el primer capítulo se aborda el marco teórico-metodológico que guió la presente investigación, desde la perspectiva de la complejidad y la racionalidad ambiental (Enrique Leff) se realizó el análisis de los temas: cultura productiva sustentable y educación ambiental, de igual forma se tocaron conceptos claves como: saber ambiental, cultura productiva y formas de apropiación campesina.	es_ES
