dc.description	In preschool education in Mexico, curricular adjustments have been made because of the new demands of social changes. This has meant that educational reforms cause problems in the professional practice of teachers, especially in pre-school or pre-school educators. Within the teaching performance is implicit the planning, the evaluation, and the didactic strategies that the educators handle when applying the official program, and where they have the difficulty of putting their content into practice. Consequently, this is reflected in the learning of the children in their charge. So it is necessary to rethink their educational work. In the present work the process of reflection and transformation of the teaching performance of the educators belonging to the Child Development Center "Humberto Javier Cervantes Sánchez" of the Autonomous University of Nayarit is shown, under a study of the qualitative paradigm called action research.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En la educación preescolar de México se han tenido ajustes curriculares por las nuevas exigencias de los cambios sociales, esto ha implicado que las reformas educativas originen problemáticas en la práctica profesional de los profesores, en especial en las educadoras del nivel inicial o preescolar. Dentro del desempeño docente queda implícita la planeación, la evaluación, y las estrategias didácticas que las educadoras manejan al aplicar el programa oficial, y en donde ellas tienen la dificultad de llevar a la práctica su contenido. Por consiguiente esto queda reflejado en el aprendizaje de los niños y las niñas que tienen a su cargo. Por lo que es necesario repensar su labor educativa. En el presente trabajo se muestra el proceso de reflexión y transformación del desempeño docente de las educadoras pertenecientes al Centro de Desarrollo Infantil "Humberto Javier Cervantes Sánchez" de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit, bajo un estudio del paradigma cualitativo llamado investigación acción.	es_ES
