dc.description	The perception is the study of the essence, to discover it must be resituar the existence and at the same time tries to describe the experience, since the being is through the experience and the experience, and thus to understand this and the world through of your reality. The present work is a unique autobiographical case study, which seeks the self-reflection of those who work as teachers and administrators in the career of medicine at the Guadalajara Lamar University. The recognition that I have of my place in the world, identifying my position as being among beings, allowed me to understand and understand the experience of belonging to this institution and to reflect on my future both in it and in the medical career.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La percepción es el estudio de la esencia, para descubrirla se debe resituar la existencia y a su vez trata de describir la experiencia, ya que el ser es a través de la experiencia y la vivencia, y así lograr comprender a éste y al mundo a través de su realidad. El presente trabajo es un estudio de caso único autobiográfico, en donde se busca la auto-reflexión de quien ejerce labores de docente y administrativo en la carrera de medicina de la Universidad Guadalajara Lamar. El reconocimiento que tengo de mi lugar en el mundo identificando mi posición como ser entre los seres me permitió comprender y entender la experiencia de pertenecer a ésta institución y reflexionar mi devenir tanto en ella como en la carrera de medicina.	es_ES
