dc.description	In most of the Latin American countries, the educational reforms of the 1990s have been mainly management reforms, which translate into the transformation of educational systems from organisms in which centralization predominated, to decentralized structures in which the responsibility for decision is transferred to the states and, in some cases, to the states and schools. In the new paradigm, the management that is tried to install in the school organizations is oriented to the improvement of the results, they articulate the processes of decision making and it is directed fundamentally to enrich the pedagogical practices. Management is conceived as a participatory and integral process that articulates all the mechanisms necessary to achieve the institutional objectives.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En la mayoría de los países latinoamericanos las reformas educativas de los años noventa han sido principalmente reformas a la gestión, las cuales se traducen en la trasformación de los sistemas educativos al pasar de organismos en los que predominaba la centralización, a estructuras descentralizadas en las que se transfiere la responsabilidad de decisión a las entidades federativas y en algunos casos, a los estados y centros escolares. En el nuevo paradigma, la gestión que se intenta instalar en las organizaciones escolares se orienta al mejoramiento de los resultados, articulan los procesos de toma de decisiones y se dirige fundamentalmente a enriquecer las prácticas pedagógicas. Se concibe la gestión como un proceso participativo e integral que articula lodos los mecanismos necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos institucionales.	es_ES
