dc.description	The educational process can not pursue a different purpose than to provide man with the necessary tools to carry out actions that help those around him and to improve the environment in which they operate. Therefore, as the teacher is responsible for developing these tools in students based on a set of previously established instruments, this can not but engage socially with the achievement of such an important mission, to train citizens who will improve our world . This study establishes the need to generate social commitment in teachers of primary education, considered a relevant means to generate processes of analysis and reflection around their practice and the educational proposal of the State, which aim not only to improve it but also to the process of formation of students and society.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El proceso educativo no puede perseguir un fin distinto al de proporcionar al hombre las herramientas necesarias para realizar acciones que ayuden a quienes lo rodean y a mejorar el entorno en el que se desenvuelven. Por tanto, al ser el docente el encargado de desarrollar en los estudiantes dichas herramientas apoyado en un conjunto de instrumentos previamente establecidos, este no puede más que comprometerse socialmente con la consecución de tan importante misión, formar a los ciudadanos que habrán de mejorar nuestro mundo. El presente estudio establece la necesidad de generar en los docentes de educación primaria compromiso social, considerado medio pertinente para generar procesos de análisis y reflexión entorno a su práctica y la propuesta educativa del Estado, los cuales apunten no solo al mejoramiento de la misma sino también al proceso de formación de los estudiantes y la sociedad.	es_ES
