dc.description	Evaluating competences or competences implies having a record and monitoring levels of achievement of them, which contributes to the awareness of teachers, students, parents and people involved in the process; of the advance or retreat of each student. A proposal is presented, whose purpose is focused on following up the competences to be developed, and for which the professor has to undertake a registration. This Web application, is based on the methodology of analysis and development of spiral systems; that from a situational diagnosis and supported the Contextual Interactive Model of Qualitative Analysis with Software (MICACS), which provided elements for the design of the interface presented in this document.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Evaluar competencias o por competencias implica tener un registro y seguimiento de los niveles de logro de las mismas, lo cual contribuye en la toma de consciencia, tanto de docentes, estudiantes, padres de familia y personas involucradas en el proceso; del avance o retroceso de cada estudiante. Se presenta una propuesta, cuya finalidad se centra en dar seguimiento a las competencias a desarrollar, y por las cuales el profesor ha de emprender un registro. Esta aplicación Web, se base en la metodología de análisis y desarrollo de sistemas en espiral; que a partir de un diagnóstico situacional y apoyado del Modelo Interactivo Contextual de Análisis Cualitativo con Software (MICACS), mismo que proveyó de elementos para el diseño de la interfaz que se presenta en este documento.	es_ES
