dc.description	This article analyzes the conforming interpretation clause against the court obligation of maximizing the protection of human rights, deriving from the <pro homine> principle that challenges the national centralist profile context, which does not offer a completely clear overview with regard to the implications of a federal state model, like the Mexican, to the detriment of local constitutionalism.	es_ES
