dc.description	We live in an age with great scientific and technological advances, which have brought many benefits to the human population, as well as new problems in the population by the inadequate use or abuse of these technologies. One of them is the addiction to new technologies, among which the use of cell phones stands out. This phenomenon is considered a type of addiction called nomophobia or nomophobía (not mobile phone phobia), and consists of an anxiety disorder triggered by the irrational fear of separating from the cell phone, and is increasingly common among young people.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Vivimos en una época con grandes avances científicos y tecnológicos, los cuales han traído muchos beneficios a la población humana, así como nuevos problemas en la población por el uso inadecuado o abuso de estas tecnologías. Uno de ellos es la adicción a nuevas tecnologías, entre los cuales destaca el uso de teléfonos celulares. Este fenómeno es considerado un tipo de adicción llamado nomofobia o nomophobía (de la abreviación en ingles no mobile phone fobia), y consiste en un trastorno de ansiedad desencadenada por el miedo irracional a separarse del teléfono celular, y es cada día más frecuente entre la población joven.	es_ES
