dc.description	The subrogation of medicines is given in case of non-existence or lack of medicines contemplated inside or outside the basic table, for exchange in another pharmacy where there is a current agreement with the institution. The aim of this study was to determine the additional cost of drug subrogation in the ISSSTE at the General Hospital "Dr. Aquiles Calles Ramirez ", within the process of supplying medication, through a operational research that is a quantitative research in the health area; for which the lines of economic evaluation were followed: 1. Define the problem 2. Select the alternatives to compare 3. Perspectives of analysis 4. Time horizon 5. Measure and assess the costs and effects on health 6. Presentation of results 7. Perform sensitivity analysis.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La subrogación de medicamentos se da en caso de inexistencia o faltante de medicamentos contemplados dentro o fuera del cuadro básico, para su canje en otra farmacia donde exista un convenio vigente con la institución. En este estudio se pretendió determinar el costo adicional de la subrogación de medicamentos en el ISSSTE en el Hospital General "Dr. Aquiles Calles Ramirez", dentro del proceso de surtimiento de medicamento; mediante una investigación operativa que por ser una investigación cuantitativa en el área de salud; para lo cual se siguió las líneas de evaluación económica: 1. Definir el problema 2. Seleccionar las alternativas a comparar 3. Perspectivas de análisis 4. Horizonte temporal 5. Medir y valorar los costes y los efectos sobre la salud 6. Presentación de resultados 7. Realizar análisis de sensibilidad.	es_ES
